By accessing, purchasing, deploying, or using any Shvya product or service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Shvya’s:
- SaaS products (CRM, ERP systems, HRM, Billing, Geo-Fencing, Shvya AI, etc.)
- Digital services (Web Development & App Development)
- Website, tools, dashboards, and associated features
By continuing to use Shvya after deployment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Definitions
- “We”, “Us”, “Shvya” — refers to Tecjnanam Academy LLP and the Shvya brand.
- “User”, “Client”, “You” — refers to any individual or business using Shvya products or services.
- “Products” — Shvya CRM, Shvya AI, HRM+Payroll, ERP systems, Billing, Geo-Fencing, etc.
- “Services” — Web development, app development, deployment work, customization, integration, support, etc.
- “Deployment” — setup, installation, configuration, or activation of your Shvya product or service.
3. Use of Our Software & Services
By using Shvya’s products or services, you agree to:
- Use them only for lawful business purposes
- Not misuse, copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or duplicate any part of the software
- Provide accurate information during onboarding and support interactions
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Take responsibility for activity under your account
Shvya reserves the right to suspend services for misuse or violation of terms.
4. Deployment, Access & Usage
Products and services are deployed only after payment is completed.
After deployment:
- Clients receive a 7-day usage period to test and evaluate the system.
- You must ensure proper environment, hosting, data, and device compatibility.
Shvya is not responsible for issues caused by:
- Poor internet
- Faulty devices
- Third-party platforms
- Client-side misconfigurations
5. Payments & Billing
- All payments must be completed before deployment.
- Payments may include product fees, setup fees, custom charges, add-ons.
- Invoices must be settled using approved payment methods.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension.
- No recurring subscription unless explicitly mentioned.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds follow Shvya’s Refund Policy.
- Refunds available only within 7 days after deployment.
- No refunds after the 7-day window under any circumstances.
- Setup fees and custom work are non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be emailed to shvyaai@gmail.com.

7. Cancellation Policy
Clients may stop using services at any time.
- No refunds after the 7-day usage period.
- No partial or pro-rated refunds.
- Since Shvya does not use subscriptions, stopping usage ends access.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All Shvya products, designs, code, branding, and IP belong to Tecjnanam Academy LLP.
Users may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Resell
- Clone
- Reverse-engineer
- Reproduce or distribute
Violations may lead to legal action.
9. User Data & Privacy
Your data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Data collected includes:
- Contact details
- Usage data
- Feedback
- Logs
- Enquiry data
10. Support & Issue Resolution
Support includes:
- Bug fixes
- Technical guidance
- System navigation
- Issue diagnosis
Support does NOT include free customizations, modules, redesigns, hosting management, or third-party integrations.
11. Custom Development & Integrations
- Custom requests must be approved and will be charged separately.
- Delivery timelines may extend based on requirements.
- Custom work is non-refundable.
- Third-party integrations depend on platform APIs.
12. Limitation of Liability
Shvya is not liable for:
- Loss of business
- Revenue loss
- Client-side data loss
- Third-party outages
- Delays caused externally
Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
13. Termination
Shvya may terminate or suspend access for:
- Terms violations
- Fraud
- Illegal activity
- Payment disputes
- Misuse of platform
Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.
14. Changes to These Terms
Shvya may update Terms anytime without prior notice. Continued use = acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Disputes fall under Indian jurisdiction.
